You have the right to clean air.

Are your neighbor's burning practices adversely affecting you? You can:

Speak with your neighbor.

Have a conversation with your neighbor to let them know about your concerns to see if you can resolve the matter.

File an anonymous complaint.

File an anonymous complaint with the Outdoor Air Program at the Health Department. We send letters to residents to inform them when we receive complaints about burning practices. We ask for their help to clean up the air and include educational material on the importance of clean air.
