Communicable Disease Reporting and Resources

To succeed at controlling communicable disease and to be prepared to face the threat of terrorism or major disaster such as a pandemic, the public health and private medical community need to work in partnership and maintain strong communication. Your public health nurse consultant visits your office regularly to provide you with current communicable disease information and other resources. In addition to the Communicable Disease Reporting and Resources Manual that is maintained in your office, we are pleased to present this manual online. As changes occur in treatment standards, or new resources are made available, the manual in your office and on this website will be updated.

The 2016 manual is now available (05/13/16). Click here for instructions on how to receive notification when updates are posted to this online manual.
