Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department is currently partnering with City of Tacoma, Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, Go Local, and numerous independent restaurant owners to encourage mobile food cart operators to operate in the Downtown Tacoma Business Improvement Area.
