Operation Suds Request

The blacklight, GlitterBug® potion, video and materials are available for free to Pierce County residents, businesses, schools and camps. For more information or to reserve Operation Suds materials please complete and submit the form below. You will be contacted within 3 business days to confirm your reservation. You will need to pick up materials at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, Food & Community Safety Program, 3629 South D Street, Tacoma, WA 98418. You may also call (253) 798-6460. Please note, we are unable to staff your event.  Please have a person on-hand to assist with hand washing events.
