Information for Property Owners

More than half of drug lab properties discovered are rental properties. The property owner is responsible for the cost of the cleanup of a methamphetamine contaminated property. Since this is considered an act of vandalism a property owner should check with their homeowner's insurance to see if any or all of the cost for the cleanup will be covered by their insurance.
