  • $10 service fee
    You will be charged an additional $10 service fee by Online RME LLC for using the online application. This will appear as a separate charge on your credit or debit card statement.
     
  • Less than 14 calendar days before the event?
    If you complete the online application less than 14 calendar days before the event, a late fee will automatically be added.
     
  • Less than 3 business days before the event?
    You cannot use the online application less than 3 business days before the event. Instead, you must complete a paper application and bring it and payment to Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. 
     
  • Not available for Courtesy Applications. Click here for information about Courtesy Applications.

  • Step 2:
    Click here to complete the Temporary Food Establishment Permit Online Application and pay online.
       
  • Step 3:
    Receive permit via email. Post for review during inspection.
