Find As-Builts

This page looks for scanned files in Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department septic system records. Files for many, but not all, properties may be found using this search tool. If your septic system was installed 20 years ago or longer, or there has been a change of property address, we may not be able to locate any records. If we do not find a file using the street address, click on "Search Again" and try the tax parcel number. If a file is not found you will be offered an opportunity to link to an e-mail box to request we search for files for you.
